mpo006 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your mpo006 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. Deposited funds will be credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing, typically within 1-15 minutes depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
mpo006 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24/7 through your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts. VIP Gold and above members enjoy priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 1-4 hours. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification, which may take an additional 1-24 hours.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures, particularly for large amounts (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) or if we detect unusual betting patterns. We reserve the right to request additional identity documents, source of funds documentation, or video verification before processing withdrawals.

mpo006 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse or irregular play patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, or any activity we determine is undertaken to exploit promotional offers rather than for genuine entertainment.
All games on the mpo006 Platform are governed by specific rules published on the respective game pages or information screens. You are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bets. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed information and the actual game outcome, the game server record shall be the final authority.
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time and to impose special limits on individual accounts based on betting patterns or VIP status.
In the event of game malfunction, system error, or disconnection, all affected bets will be void and refunded to your Account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages.
You must play fairly and in accordance with the spirit of each game. Use of automated betting software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, game manipulation techniques, or exploitation of software bugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance derived from legitimate deposits will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or penalties. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited, and your remaining balance will be subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mpo006 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or other matter, you must notify mpo006 customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes not reported within this timeframe will not be considered.
All disputes will be reviewed by our customer service team and escalated to management if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Our decision on any dispute is final and binding.
In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute to your satisfaction, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution through an independent mediation service. However, you agree to first exhaust all internal complaint procedures before seeking external recourse.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo006 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and you accept full responsibility for ensuring your compliance with applicable local laws. mpo006 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in any particular jurisdiction.
mpo006 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
